It was a very successful day on Sunday April 6^th.  We had 16 Cub Scouts and their parents participate in our 6 hour food drive at Shop & Save for the local food bank.   The Scouts collect 1,095 parcels of food or household items to deliver to the Bridgeville Food bank, along with the money donations of $430.00.  The Bridgeville Food bank provides food & supplies to over 100 families in the area and they were very grateful for all we collected for them.

Every one of our dens was represented by the Cub Scouts who volunteered at the event. The Scouts that participated will receive a patch for their efforts to this worthy cause.  Thank you to everyone who took time out of their schedule to come and help, it was greatly appreciated!
